Looking for a historical cocktail you can re-create at home? This 1920’s prohibition-inspired gin cocktail uses just 3 ingredients and is so easy to make. Get a refreshingly bright taste with a nice sour bite! We used Uncle Val’s Restorative Gin for its crisp, floral profile and refreshingly bright taste. For a modern spin on this cocktail classic, we swapped Honey Sour Syrup from 3/4oz. Tonic to amplify the brightness. The only other ingredient you need is lemon juice.
60 ml (2 oz.) Uncle Val’s Restorative Gin 15 ml (0.5 oz.) Honey Sour Syrup from 3/4 oz. Tonic 25 ml (0.75 oz.) Fresh lemon juice
Combine gin, honey syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake for 7-8 seconds. Strain into a small chilled glass over ice. Enjoy!
